The neoconservative network and the pro-Israeli donor network have played a central role in shaping the policies and operations that have enabled this wealth capture. The American military-industrial complex has also been a key player in this process, with major defense contractors such as Lockheed Martin, RTX (formerly Raytheon), Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, and Boeing benefiting from the increased military spending tied to conflicts such as the Ukraine war.
